    Overview

Black Gold is a strategy simulation game developed and published by reLINE Software for Amiga, Atari ST, Commodore 64, PC (DOS), and Java based mobile phones. The DOS port of the game was published by Rainbow Arts Software in the US.

Despite having the same name, this game is unrelated to the 1991 Starbyte Software game also titled Black Gold.

    Gameplay

In Black Gold players set out to make as much money as possible in the oil production industry. With multiple objectives and multiple ways to accomplish goals, the player can either run their company like a legitimate business or use less than savory techniques to reign supreme in the market.
